MrAsianPersuasion: The beauty of Jiu Jitsu is that it is semi calm sport. Both players are playing around and looking for an opening. Once they find an opening, they explode using great amounts of energy. while you're in the state of mind to be relaxing and searching for an opening, it is best you breath slowly in through the nose, out through the mouth. This is a method I personally have witnessed Rickson Gracie coach his world class competitor Kron Gracie both in the academy during training, and at World Championships.
